I work for a tech company in the Bay Area. I’m purposely withholding the name because I’m not authorized to speak for them, and I sometimes talk about downtime, and I don’t want our customers to panic. Plus this way I can say what I want to, freely!
I’ve been around the block and watched technology change over the years.
This isn’t a blog about the latest cool thing you can do with a certain technology! There are lots of those already. This blog is about what it’s like to be an opsen that owns production infrastructure that helps power the Internet.
